A cylindrical tower needs to be painted. Find out the surface area and how many cans of paint will be needed.

A Tower is cylindrical in shape and stands 28 m high. It also measures 13 m across. The tower needs to be painted. If a can of paint covers 60 m squared, how many cans of paint will be needed? (assume that the bottom cannot be painted since it is stuck to the ground.)
