  9. December 7, a new secretary was hired at a salary of 1280. He will commence work next month.

I put the transactions in as follows:

  2. 8000 in Inventory and Accounts Payable
  3. -800 in Cash and 800 in Fixtures
  4. -500 in Inventory and Accounts Payable

  6. 70 in Cash and Buildings
  7. 700 in Accounts Receivable and Paid in Capital
  8. -500 in Cash and 500 in Accounts Receivable
  9. Left blank
  10. 600 in Cash and Accounts Payable

You begin with:
Cash: 12500
Accounts Receivable: 8000
Inventory: 800
Loan Receivable: 500
Equipment: 1000
Fixtures: 70
Buildings: 700
Land: 500
Accounts Payable: 1280
Note Payable: 600
Paid in Capital: 22190

At the end of inputing where I believe each transaction should go, I end up getting 46510 in assets and 46370 in liabilities + owner's equity.

Can you tell me where I'm going wrong please?

Thank you!
