The perimeter of an isosceles triangle is:
       P = (length of one leg)+ (length of other leg) + (length of base)
       P = 2*(length of a leg) + (length of base)
       345 cm = 2*(length of leg) + (length of base)
Now, insert the other know length and solve for the unknown length.
