To be a function, any given input value of x in the domain must have
one and only one corresponding output value y in the range. Since there
is no value of x that has more than 1 value for y, this IS A FUNCTION.
The domain is all the input values x: d = (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) = [0,9]
The range is all the output values y: r = (-9,-8,-7,-6,-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0) = [-9, 0]
