Trying to figure out if this is the best answer to this question
Personally, I believe it is best to keep the paperwork
up to date throughout the day. This will make it
easier to catch any errors or discrepancies as they
occur and simpler to know the cause. Also, the
bookkeeping will more likely be accurate if not
done in a rush at the end of day with a lot of
figures to deal with at one time.
