how do you slove g(x)=13 if g(-2)+g(-10)

            Something is missing from this problem. Are you sure you copied all of it?
Agreed.  It makes no sense as it. 
 
g(-2) means you want a solution where the x = -2.  That can't be when there is no x - there's just a 13.

Obviously if g( -2) + g( -10) what , sentence does not have a verb, so it is not complete.
