Looking at this problem, we see what both sides of the equation have in common.  Both sides add 7 to the multiplication problems of 6x and 3x.  We are told that both sides of this equation are equal.  The way this problem is written x cannot be the same number on both sides.  The answer should be 7+(6x3) = (3x6)+7 which comes to 25 on both sides of the equation.
