It's easiest to match up the s's...

 

-2(3b + 2s) = -2(9.2)

 

 4b + 4s = 13.4

-6b - 4s = -18.4

 

-2b = -5

b = 2.5

 

4(2.5) + 4s = 13.4

10 + 4s = 13.4

4s = 3.4

s = .85

 

2.5 + .85 = 3.35

 

$3.35 for one burger and one soda!
