There is a slight ambiguity whether the \$3 discount is applied before or after the 5% surcharge-not that it will matter much.  We'll assume it occurs BEFORE the 5% charge.  Because of the total weight, the coupon is virtually worthless.

Total_wt = 12boxes(35kilo/box) = 420 Kilos

COST(before coupon) = (420Kilos)(\$6.50/Kilo)= \$2730
COST(after coupon) = \$2727

Total Cost = \$2727(1.05) = \$2863.35     (NOTE: 5% applied here)

Note: The difference between Steve S and this answer is 0.15 cents = (5% of \$3)...I did say it wont matter much ;-)

(12 boxes)*(35 kilos/box)*(\$6.50/kilo)*(105% for Saturday) - \$3 discount = \$2,863.50
