Did a little searching to uncover the differences in these terms. My vote is for neither. The phrase "beautifully subversive" sounds descriptive. Antithesis and juxtaposition both combine two opposite items in contrast to one another (with a difference in placement). This phrase doesn't fit into either definition as "beautiful" and "subversive" are not opposite items.
