The 65o angle EFD of triangle of triangle DEF has vertex F (middle letter of angle's 3-letter name);
the corresponding angle in triangle QRS must have its vertex at S, so this other 65o angle can be called RSQ or QSR.
[All of this assumes that the triangles are not isosceles, in which case each triangle might have two 65o angles.]
