10 mi/hr x 1hr = 10 mi   (10 miles to work)

10 mi + 10 mi = 20 mi   (she rides 20 mi each day)

20 mi/day x 5 day = 100 mi/week (assuming she works 5 days each week)
20 mi/day x 7 day = 140 mi/week (assuming she works 7 days each week)

So Jamie would ride 100 miles each week if she worked 5 days.

If she rides 10 mph there and 10 mph home that's 20 mph per day.

So, 10 mph + 10 mph = 20 mph

if she rides 20 mph in 7 days, do:

20 mph times 7 days = 140 mph for one week
