- 10 to the second power is 10
^{2}, in other words, 10 x 10, which equals 100. - (If you need more explanation on this first step, reply to my comment and I'll write a more detailed explanation)
- So now your problem is what is the product of 3.39 and 100.
- Product means to multiply, so you end up with a problem that looks like this:
- 3.39 x 100
- When you multiply by 100, you move your decimal 2 places to the right:
- 3.39 → 33.9 → 339.

- Since the decimal is at the end, you can just drop it off because you don't need it.
- So your answer is
**339**
