Great all around
Jonathan is great with my son. He was able to build a connection with my son immediately. Which is a very difficult thing since my son tends to not think fondly of teachers and absolutely hates studying or doing homework. At the end of their first lesson my son came away confident in the knowledge he gained and even commented about how much he liked Jonathan. I truly believe that the lessons will not only help increase his grade point average, but more importantly his self esteem.

Kind, sharp, and structured
Jonathan gets to the core principles and decision making fundamentals working from simple puzzles to more complex. The lesson had clarity and was well structured. When it ended, my son was given puzzles to work on with a concept to work on for the week. He appropriately and patiently challenges my son's growing brain.

Most tutors would just start tutoring on a subject without finding out the root cause of the problem. Jonathan took the time to assess the problem looking at her grades and quality work that she actually does to know how to better assist my daughter. I am very pleased with his quality of work!

Sincere and result oriented
My son is a senior in high school and he has taken a college class in Psychology for dual credit. The subject matter was quite challenging for him and he got an F in the first two tests. We decided to get a tutor to help him. We got lucky with Jonathan. He jumped right in and in just three weeks my son got an A in his next test. Jonathan teaches excellent study habits and he walked my son step by step on reaching his goal. Jonathan is detail oriented, patient and extracts the full potential of the student. He also keeps the parent involved which is the best part. He is also very encouraging and cares for the students success. I would highly recommend Jonathan!!!
