I tutored for a while back in 2008 and have since taught high school science. I am certified to teach science, but my certifications are out-of-state and not in Wisconsin. I am willing to drive to tutor at your home. I am able to clearly explain scientific material at the high school level.

For ordinary work or test prep I've used practice questions, flashcards, direct instruction, checking written work for math-type problems, and guided reading. For help with papers I've used outlines and proofreading. I am good at taking tests, and can help you improve your confidence. I scored in the top 15% in the nationwide teacher content knowledge tests in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
