“**All Around Fantastic!**”

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering and a minor in mathematics. I have a passion for math and science, particularly physics, and for helping the next generation of students gain an interest in STEM fields. Many students have a real knack for math until they hit a roadblock - be it

*For groups of up to five students in the same lesson, rate is $80/hr.
If you have more than one child in lessons, rate is $40/hr, provided lessons are back-to-back.*

Dawn was a perfect fit. She had great insight and immediately recognized what would help my daughter in her approach to the pre-calculus problems. She was really quick to respond to our request, found availability to fit our needs, and then knocked it out of the ballpark with her ability to help my daughter with the problems. Could not be happier! Thanks Dawn!

Worked well explaining the calculus that wasn't really making sense. This helped give my son the confidence to ask more questions in class to start on the road of understanding!

Dawn was very pleasant and easy to work with. She helped my daughter with Algebra 2. My daughter was comfortable with her and left with a greater understanding.

GRE
Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Calculus is a gateway class - it's complex, but it opens the world up. It allows students to take advanced subjects like differential equations and physics. I used calculus every day for my aerospace engineering degree and tutor it regularly. Students I tutored weekly in the 14-15 school year received 4s and 5s on the Calculus AP exam.

I took the revised GRE in August 2011, and received a perfect score on the quantitative portion of the exam and in the 93rd percentile in the verbal portion of the exam. I help connect students with free resources many don't know about that can really contribute to success.

I help with both content and test taking tips and tricks. I definitely feel like test taking tips are the key to most students success!

I have a degree in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University with a minor in mathematics. Aerospace engineering is very heavy on linear algebra. For my math minor, I took linear algebra coursework.

I have a degree in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M Univeristy with a minor in mathematics. Aerospace engineering is very closely related to mechanical engineering, with additional focus in fluids and orbits. I graduated cum laude in 2012.
