UW Sheboygan (Art and Science)
I am currently attending UW Green Bay for a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Education. I have received an Associated Degree from UW Sheboygan in Arts and Science. I have tutored in the past for three students in 7th grade math. Math has always been a strong suit for me, and that is part of the reason I chose to pursue an education in mathematics.
After I have finished at UW Green Bay, I plan to move to Madison, to obtain my Master's Degree in Library Science. This leads to another of my passions, which is reading. When I was younger I was actually tutored in reading and since then reading has become one of my favorite hobbies. In high school I took both AP Literature and AP Language. In college I have also taken a Children's Literature course.
Math has always come easily to me, and I have tutored others in math previously.
I am a very strong reader, and have taken a multiple advanced English classes.
I love to work with young children, and am willing to work with anyone's schedule. I am currently attending UW Green Bay for a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Education. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
