Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Study of all aspects of the Bible, from Bible prophesies to the life of Jesus on Earth and on Heaven. I can teach the importance of applying Bible principles in our lives. I teach people about the last days, various prophesies, and about Armageddon.

I teach people how to apply Bible principles in their lives, for example keeping yourself clean from any contaminant like smoking and drugs and where in the Bible it shows that we should abstain from blood.

I currently work with elementary students - first grade, second grade, and fifth grade. I work as an ELL aide in a elementary school. I help Hispanic kids with translating their homework and learning English. I help students with phonics one on one.

The group of kids I work with are first, second, and fifth graders. I help all of them learn English. I help them with phonics and reading short stories and problem solving.

I help to teach reading and writing by developing the students phonemic awareness, the ability to hear, identify, and manipulate English phonemes in order to teach the correspondence between these sounds and the spelling patterns that represent them.

I teach phonics to help enable beginning readers to decode new written words by sounding them out, or in phonics terms, blending the sound-spelling patterns.

Speak Spanish fluently so I can do everything in Spanish from reading to spelling to phonics

I work in a school setting with students with special needs. Helping in the classroom with homework, and any assignments that they may have. I have worked with students that have a feeding tube, autism, down syndrome, among others . I have my special education liscence to work with the students . I have been working as a paraprofessional since 2012.

I help students with an array of study skills, which may tackle the process of organizing and taking in new information, retaining information with assessments. I help students with the next five points:

1. Preview: the student looks at the topic to be learned by glancing over the major headings or the points in the subject.

2. Question: then questions to be answered once the topic has been thoroughly studied are formulated.

3.Read: reference material related to the topic is read through, and the information that best relates to the questions is chosen.

4.Summary: the student summarizes the topic, bringing his or her own ways of summarizing information into the process, including written notes, spider diagrams, flow diagrams, labeled diagrams, mnemonics, or even voice recordings.

5.Test: then the student answers the questions created in the question step as fully as possible, avoiding adding questions that might distract or change the subject.
