I have been fortunate to have worked with students on topics such as: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics & probability, discrete math, finite math and calculus. I have taught at the high school, technical college, and college levels with both traditional school age and adult continuing education learners.
My education is a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a M.S. in School Mathematics. I have served in the USAF and worked in industry as a manufacturing engineer. I currently teach face-to-face at MATC and online for several institutions.
I am experienced teaching a wide variety of mathematics. I have successfully worked with diverse group of students over a number years and enjoyed it immensely.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
