Fabulous tutor!
Olga is tutoring my daughter in Algebra. She is very understanding of her needs and is extremely patient. I am so happy I was able to find a tutor at a reasonable price. She is punctual and very proficient. I would recommend her very highly.

Unprofessional!
I was not able to show for a session and tried calling and no answer all day. As a result, she never said she wouldn't tutor me anymore, she just simply never called or got back in touch again. In my opinion Ologa is a very unprofessional and flakey tutor!
Sam, 14 lessons with OlgaTutor responded:Sam, I am sorry, that you suddenly have changed your opinion about me as a tutor. As to somewhat a rebuttal to your dismal review, we should examine a few details surrounding your inaccurate recollection. I am assuming the review is based on one of the three lessons you failed to show for, but yet failed to notify me. Even with all the missed appointments and changes, I went out of my way to accommodate you ever changing schedule. As I recall, the night before our last scheduled lesson, you had removed your account from Wyzant. Then you were not able to notify me about cancellation. I assumed you did not want to take lessons anymore. There was no communication between us for over a month, and your profile on Wyzant was inactive. So, I was taken by surprise when I read your review. I take what I do very serious and strive hard to be the best teacher I can be. Tutoring you was a joy and I thought you were learning a lot. I had always received 5 stars from you. To be honest, I was disappointed when you stopped taking lessons. Unsure what happened on the three days that you could not get a hold of me, maybe solar flares or some phone company glitch, but I am sure glad the rest of my clients did not have the same problem. Again, I enjoyed tutoring you, and sorry that you have a low opinion of me for something I had no control over. I wish you the best and hope you continue with your studies.
