Reed College (English)
Goddard College (Master's)
If you are looking for a tutor for English, reading, literature, creative or essay writing, I can help.
I received my BA in English from Reed College in 2010. I was awarded commendations for excellence in scholarship, scholarship grants, and was selected to go to Oxford as a visiting student. At Oxford, I wrote two essays a week, and got straight A's. I earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from Goddard College in 2013.
Besides tutoring, I am an editor of a literary review, and write courses for high students studying online. My knowledge of literature, passion for language and love of tutoring will raise your papers and test scores to the next level. Encouragement, enthusiasm, creativity, and fun are part of the process.
My tutoring style is never boring. I look forward to working with you. If you are looking for a tutor for English, reading, literature, creative or essay … Read more
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
