I have been a classroom teacher for five years and have been tutoring students after school for the same amount of time. I offer quality test prep, proofreading, college essay support, and tutoring in all humanities subjects. I am an experienced educator with a degree in history and a masters degree in teaching. I have been a classroom teacher for five years and have been tutoring students after school for the same amount of time. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was six years old - it is my passion and there is nothing else I would rather do! I first tutored my classmates when I was in high school. I have taught AP and non-AP classes covering a wide range of subjects such as AP United States Government and Politics, AP United States History, English, World History, and more! In my free time, I love exercising, rock climbing, and painting.

As a full-time teacher, I created a "study tables" program and tutored students after school. For students who attended my after-school tutoring, there was an increase in grades for 100% of students. I have also supported hundreds of students in writing and editing their college essays. I have had students go onto a wide range of careers, trade schools, and universities such as Stanford and NYU.
