About Alexandra

I graduated with a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Biology with Research Certification at Gonzaga University in May 2015. I have tutored science, history, math and writing for over 10 years. I love learning and approaching questions using several different techniques. I don't believe that there is only one way to learn, or one way to teach. I have found that many students feel that they are the only ones struggling. My goal is to give students a safe zone in which they can express their ideas, ask questions freely, build academic confidence, improve grades, and have fun learning. I specialize in teaching biology, chemistry, math (up to, and including, Calculus II), history & writing. References available upon request.
