As a student at the University of Washington studying economics, I am extremely passionate about learning and following the continuous flow of knowledge that my field of study has to offer. The importance of knowledge in economics leads me to tutor in a particular matter. I have 2+ years of experience tutoring/mentoring elementary and middle school students in the Bellevue School District as well as tutoring fellow peers. During this time, I mentored under Rainier Athletes. As a tutor, I believe that by focusing on deepening and maintaining the student's understanding of the content as the primary goal, their knowledge will be immediately translated to quality performance and application.

I am an economics major. I earned a 3.9 GPA in microeconomics, which involves analyzing markets: consumer demand, production, exchange, the price system, resource allocation, and government intervention. I earned a 3.7 GPA in macroeconomics, which involves the analysis of the aggregate economy: national income, inflation, business fluctuations, unemployment, monetary system, federal budget, international trade, and finance.

I am also currently pursuing a double major in accounting. I earned a 3.5 GPA in financial accounting, which introduces basic accounting concepts and procedures, and requires us to interpret financial statements. I earned a 3.7 GPA in managerial accounting, which involves the analysis and evaluation of accounting information as part of the managerial process of planning, decision making, and control.
