In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I know how to; set up email accounts, create new folders, create rules to automatically sort or classify emails, use the calendar, email calendar requests, set up task lists, etc. I can teach a person that has never had an email account before everything they need to know to get started, as well as teaching someone that has used Outlook for simple emails how they can use some of Outlook's more powerful features.
As a graphics designer for 17 years, I can use, and teach, virtually any graphics design program. I have used Publisher on a few occasions. It's not my Go-To graphic design/layout program, but it's simple to use and simple to teach. It's a great tool for a non-graphics person to create great looking flyers for clubs, church and sports teams.
