With a decade plus of working experience I am an experienced Windows user. I have created instruction documents with pictures in MS Word and successfully trained co-workers to use new software. I manned a help desk, walking co-workers on the use of the new software product, and was such a success that those that I previously helped were able to help their co-workers. My expertise with Microsoft office included the creation of multiple forms with drop downs and formulas in Excel. I have over a dozen years of Outlook experience and I have created multiple PowerPoint documents to include animation and pictures.

I have worked with various age groups including elementary students and silver students. I have given numerous trainings and have been the one selected to give impromptu instruction.

I know how to add a signature and change the type from html to Word. I know how to refresh the email so that emails can be sent or received. I have set up meetings, used the out of office notification email and set up multiple rules so that when an email is received it will automatically be placed in a seperate folder. I have used the task manager and attached related info in the new task.
