I am a student enrolling in university right now. Before I came to this university, I was in a community college. I have one year experience in tutoring students in Math and Physics. Mostly, I taught students about precalculus, calculus and physics about Newton's Laws. And I helped students with algebra class as well. I pretty enjoyed tutoring students. I felt very proud, when they showed me their scores getting higher and higher.
Here is my way to tutor students. First of all, I'd like to overview their school schedule so that I can make the plan about what to tutor with students in every class. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
