Hello! I am a graduate of Swarthmore College with a BA in History, Psychology, and Music. I've been a Wyzant tutor since January 2021, and I have six years of cumulative tutoring experience, including two years of teaching ESL virtually to students in China and Taiwan.

I believe that students can conquer any subject with patience and flexibility in teaching style. I am passionate about working with students to find the learning method that suits them best!

I have been singing formally since 1st grade-for more than 2/3 of my life! I am an experienced vocalist and have trained at Boston University Tanglewood Institute with renowned singers. I have performed in two productions with Glimmerglass Opera in Cooperstown NY and in numerous college opera productions, groups, and choirs. I am well prepared to teach any style of singing, not just opera, in a way that is healthy for the voice, technique-based, and fun!
