Additionally Donna has published articles both in professional publication and as a columnist for a local newspaper.
Donna is also well rounded and knowledgeable regarding history, science, and English language skills. She has tutored other students when she herself was a student and worked as a clinical instructor for nursing students. Finally,Donna has participated as a presenter in many seminars and workshops, plus inservice education in her administrator roles.
I have both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the nursing profession. And I have 40 years experience in nursing during which time I worked as a staff nurse, administrator, accreditation and certification surveyor, and consultant.
I have always excelled in the are of writing and public speaking. As noted above I have published articles many times within the health arena. I have presented at many seminars and workshops and to staff in my organization. My interpersonal skills and teaching skills were further developed in my roles as both surveyor and consultant.
I have studied political science and incorporated this knowledge in my professional practice. And I am very committed to education and believe I will be a valuable asset to any student who may be struggling with subjects as indicated above, especially when related to nursing and writing studies. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
