Professionally, my writing has been featured in 10+ major national publications, including The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times. My analytical and writing skills significantly aided my successful Ivy League college applications, 97th+ percentiles for LSAT and SAT scores, eight years of writing essays (including a 140-page honors thesis at Harvard). I have also participated in theater and delivered speeches since I was 10. I delivered my first major speech at 12 years old before an estimated 2,000 people at the Maine Democratic Convention. These years of practice helped me when I went on to win the 2015 National Speech and Debate Association's Congressional Debate (House) championship and 2017 American Mock Trial Association's All American Witness.

Harvard provided me with a diverse set of teaching experiences. I taught high school students in the United States and China the fundamentals of public speaking, acting, and mock trial for the Harvard Mock Trial Association. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I taught three online classes with the Wave Learning Festival on "Great Speeches of History" and national security decision-making. My professional experience also included a stint at a top management consulting firm. I am well-versed in the consulting case interview process and can run case interviews with aspiring consultants.

I have tutored students in debate, public speaking, and taught a Harvard-curated Civics curriculum to 4th graders at Boston public schools.

I love learning. Nothing surpasses this joy except spreading and passing along this love to others. The ability to connect with others intellectually is a phenomenon I enjoyed at Harvard and other institutions--and hope to enjoy here.

Scored a 170 on LSAT. Counseled college applicants. Accepted into 9 colleges, all in the Ivy League or T20. Attended Harvard.

In terms of business, my expertise focuses on management consulting and the application (or casing) process. I have worked for a major management consulting firm (Strategy&) and conducted over 100+ practice consulting cases as well as interviewed before 7 firms. I have also ran practice consulting cases on college peers and fellow students.
Public Speaking

Public Speaking

Since I was 10, a huge chunk of my life has been dedicated to public speaking. At 12, I introduced a candidate the Maine Democratic Convention before 2,000 people, accessible here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7xoBwbiAJw. I continued introducing and speaking on behalf of candidates for the next six years. I have acted in over 50+ theatrical productions. I spent four years in high school competing in speech and debate, where I ended up winning the 2015 National Speech and Debate Association's Congressional Debate championship, I also scored in the Top 5 at numerous tournaments, including Yale, Bronx, and nationals my sophomore year, among others. At college, I participated in mock trial, and was named a 2017 All American Witness for an outstanding performance. I taught mock trial to both American and Chinese students over those four years. In 2020, I also co-taught a course on "Great Speeches of History" on the Wave Learning platform. In my current job, I deliver briefs and presentations weekly--if not more.

Despite having only one family member that attended a local college, I was able to apply for college and receive acceptances at Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, UPenn, Bowdoin, William & Marry etc., based on the strength of my Common Application submission. In line with this work, I spent four years at Harvard coaching and advising fellow students on crafting their resumes for internships and entry-level jobs, and have written essays for a host of publications, including major newspapers (e.g. The Wall Street Journal) and more thoughtful think pieces in foreign policy publications (e.g. The National Interest).
