As a senior English/Secondary Education major at a Virginia University, I am motivated to help in all facets of the English language! My experience in teaching is wide with adults, young adults, and children is wide and I look forward to the opportunity to help you. Along with teaching experience, I have worked in many childcare and camp settings and have the skills necessary to teach both fun and effectively.
I specialize in all things English: grammar, English test prep, comprehension, writing, reading, public speaking, and any other areas you may need assistance in. I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but I do offer make-up classes. I am available for in-home tutoring or any other location you may feel comfortable with. I am more than willing to work with you for any accommodations! I am also available for a free consultation before you make a final decision.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
