I have been teaching environmental education at Blandy Experimental Farm in Boyce Virginia for the past 8 years. Most of my teaching here has been with elementary and middle school students with an emphasis on soils, rocks, water, ecology, trees and plants, all things environmental. I teach through inquiry methods and use the outdoors as my classroom as much as possible.
