Richmond Barber & Cosmetology Schoo. (Cosmetology)
My name is Chuck and I am known across America as one of the leading and top hair technical educators. I have been a licensed Cosmetology Instructor for nearly 3 decades. Tutoring up-and-coming stylists and current students is right up my alley because I get no greater gratitude than teaching and helping stylists to become the best they can be. I travel across America and overseas teaching seminars, workshops and mentoring to stylists who want to increase their bottom line and to students who want to have a greater ease into passing the state board exams and starting their careers. I have trained stylists from right here in North America, Europe, Caribbean, Dominican Republic, Bahamas and Africa.
My teaching techniques include a teaching method I developed years ago called the Voice Command Teaching Method where I teach technical aspects with theory and illustration and then require the student to execute technique based on my voice command. This technique is used to stimulate and increase retention. I also teach extensive theory based curriculum with a dissection of terms. I also believe your career should be fun, therefore I make my teachings and classes fun to relax the student and to ensure they are extremely interested in the topics we are working on. This will ensure they come out on top. My name is Chuck and I am known across America as one of the leading and top hair technical educators. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
