My students' age ranged from 15 years old teenager in high school to 55 years old NASA employee. My teaching philosophy is based on simplifying of complicated concepts and engagement of student to understand the concepts thoroughly. My teaching style is founded on providing clear yet applicable and easy to understand examples and helping student step by step from easy to hard problems to the point that students feel confident in his/her ability to solve and face any challenging problem or exam by himself or herself alone.

I have been always interested in physics, math, dynamics and science in general. I regularly tried to solve challenging problems in these topics and I found their solution entertaining and fun. The science subjects were extensively studied in high school beyond the formal scope of textbooks by me. I obtained my Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. I earned my Master of Science (MS) in Structural Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (SUT), Tehran. I obtained my Master of Science (MS) in Geotechnical Engineering from the State University of New Jersey, Rutgers. I was an Autocad tutor at the Rutgers University and teaching assistant at the George Washington University. I use these topics on daily basis in my research. I enjoy swimming, playing tennis, and reading in my free time.
