Anna is very organized and firm but kind. Scheduling is flexible. My son actually enjoys his tutoring sessions and that is what is important since kids learn better if they are confident and relaxed.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I lived in Europe most of my life and I was always exposed to foreign languages. I started to take German very early in school. Besides that I have a family in Germany, right outside of Heidelberg. I always enjoyed learning German, so when I was growing up I decided I would become a German language teacher. I achieved my goal, I graduated the University of Breslau and became a German language teacher. I used to teach while i was studying. Soon after I moved to Germany and lived there for 6 years. I enjoyed German culture and beautiful sites over there. I took some more courses at the University in Heidelberg. After that I moved to the USA and I hope to continue teaching German, as I really enjoy it. I am fluent in German.
I am Polish native speaker. I was raised and grew up in Poland, I fluent in Polish.
