Physicist with a Passion for Teaching

I'm a graduate student who graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. During my time there, I have been involved in a number of teaching programs that made me realize how fun it was to help people learn and understand concepts, especially those not thoroughly explained in regular classes.
I believe that a passionate teacher who strives to look for their students' needs is crucial to building a fun learning experience. I promise that I will do my best to help you gain a newfound appreciation for learning.

Math was one of my favorite subjects in high school, and it was the foundation on which I needed to build upon to work towards my physics degree.

I was involved in several teaching programs, namely the CMU Physics Outreach Program, in which I assisted middle school students with coming up with physics experiments, conducting them, and presenting their results; and the Physics Upperclass Course Center, a walk-in tutoring session for undergraduate students to ask for help with any physics subject, whether it be special relativity or quantum mechanics.

I'm a bilingual person who is fluent in both Korean and English, and I went to school in South Korea for 11.5 years.
