I have also tutored college students 1-on-1 for a full year. I love teaching and tutoring because I enjoy seeing students progress. I feel satisfied when I am able to share my knowledge with others to help them improve their own lives.

I graduated college with my bachelor’s degree with a 3.8 GPA. Since I have an eye for catching spelling and grammar mistakes, I frequently helped friends and classmates proofread essays throughout my college career. Professors consistently gave me great feedback on my essays and reports. I am comfortable with MLA and APA formats, as well as middle and high school 5-paragraph essays.

I have been teaching Spanish to a wide variety of age levels (ages 7-21) for over 2 years. I initially learned Spanish while living in Mexico for over a year. I loved the language so much that when I returned to the United States I decided to make Spanish my college minor, continuing my study of the language in a more formal setting. As I worked toward my Spanish minor, I improved my written grammar skills and also read traditional Spanish literature. I was required to write multiple upper-division college essays in the Spanish language.

My schedule is fairly flexible. Please contact me so we can set up a time to meet. I can’t wait to help you succeed!
