My name is Omar! I am a graduate PhD student at University of Utah in SLC. I've been like many of you a student at high school and college studying for all my classes that some were really difficult and getting a tutor helped my understanding of the material and boosted my grades!

My experience at 4 different schools (UPENN, UIUC, CU Boulder and UoU) helped me to know the students' point of view on new material and got me into being a tutor. I enjoy teaching and have a passion to help students to excel in their subjects and academically in general.
I like to teach genetics (my specialty), biology: molecular biology and microbiology, algebra I, chemistry and Arabic.

My native language is Arabic. If you speak Arabic, I can teach in Arabic as well.

I took the written TOEFL (PBT) and electronic iBT.
