Bio

I am a graduate student at the University of Utah working on my PhD in Physical chemistry. I have an extensive background in science and mathematics and a strong desire to help others learn and develop a passion for the physical sciences.

I strongly believe that anyone can learn hard subjects like math or physics, but sometimes it helps to have a guide or at least someone who can explain the concepts in a different way that makes the ideas "click" for the student and that is what I try to...

I am a graduate student at the University of Utah working on my PhD in Physical chemistry. I have an extensive background in science and mathematics and a strong desire to help others learn and develop a passion for the physical sciences.

I strongly believe that anyone can learn hard subjects like math or physics, but sometimes it helps to have a guide or at least someone who can explain the concepts in a different way that makes the ideas "click" for the student and that is what I try to offer my students.

During my undergraduate studies, I minored in mathematics and developed a strong passion for the challenges and intricacies of the subject. In my research calculus, trigonometry, differential equations, and linear algebra are all tools that I use daily to tackle my research challenges.

Physical chemistry is the subject that I am the must passionate about and is the field I have chosen to pursue my graduate research in. I have extensive experience as both a tutor and TA in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physicsb and Calculus. Having a firm understanding of chemistry allows us to better understand and interact with the world around us. As such I hope to not only help my students succeed in the classroom, but also cultivate a passion for the unique perspective the physical sciences can give us.
