Hi, I'm Meghan! I am 23 years old and am currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy graduate student at Duke University. In 2017, I received my undergraduate degree in Chemistry with a minor in Psychology and a 4.0 GPA. During this time I gained extensive tutoring experience in a variety of subjects at the college level.

My past coursework and tutoring experience has been focused on many courses involving math and science. With these classes, I have found that one of the best ways to learn key concepts is by working through problems. As a result, I encourage my students to bring practice problems supplied through their course or an outside source to our sessions.

My qualifications for tutoring in math courses, such as Algebra 1, include receiving an A in all math courses up through Calculus 2, earning a 35 out of 36 on the ACT Math section, and having experience tutoring in various math courses.

I have a large amount of tutoring experience in science courses which makes me highly qualified to assist with subjects such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, chemistry and physics. During my undergraduate education, I worked as a physics review instructor and a biochemistry learning assistant for 2 years. The tutoring techniques I acquired from these experiences can be directly applied to my strong chemistry, anatomy, and physiology background in order to successfully tutor in these subjects as well.

I look forward to helping students succeed with their studies! Please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested in working together or if you have any questions. I will get back to you as soon as possible!
