Baudouin has been tutoring me for the 3rd semester now in my electrical engineering degree program and also for Calculus 2. I honestly would have literally failed out by now. He is so good at what he does and not only knows the subject matter well, but his teaching style is perfect for those of us who don't grasp things in a traditional classroom setting. He is patient and kind and encouraging and never makes me feel like I am slow or not capable - even when I have to ask him to explain things to me several times because they're such hard topics. He gives me the safety to be able to ask as many questions as needed. His availability is so helpful as well. While I know he has a full load of students he tutors, I have never needed him and not been able to be able to meet with him. You can tell he truly cares about his students success and that this isn't just a paycheck for him and that's really cool.

Also, I liked he provides the feedback after the lesson by answering any question, and I liked his method of explaining the material by going over the topic step by step. he helped me accomplish writing Verilog code in Vivado which was helpful, but we couldn't finish the testbench because of the limit of time.
