(University of Texas at San Antonio) (Physics Mathematics)

My name is Lawrence, it's nice to meet you! I'm working towards a PhD in physics, with hopes of being a research professor at a university somewhere, someday. I enjoy teaching, and I love physics and mathematics. I am able to tutor just about any basic/intermediate math class and physics course, provided it's not at the master's degree level, or some upper division elective I have not taken. As the late Heath Ledger said," if you're good at something, never do it for free," so here I am! If you're struggling with math or physics, I'm here to help! I can also provide some career advice if you are planning a career in academia/Science.
I have over three years of experience tutoring in upper level mathematics at the university of Texas at San Antonio. I tutored mostly calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, and statistics.
I'm currently pursuing a MS in Physics st the university of Houston Clear Lake, and I'm also working as a teaching assistant in the physics department. I can tutor all college level physics, and most upper division physics (such as classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, electrodynamics, etc...).
My tutoring schedule varies with my school and research schedule. Please contact me so we can work out a time that's best for the both of us.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a bachelor's degree in physics and mathematics. I have over 4 years of experience tutoring math and physics. I am currently completing a master's degree in physics.
I have a BS double majoring in mathematics and physics.
I am currently doing research at the University of Houston Clear Lake in the area of condensed matter physics, where I regularly solve differential equations.
I specialized in differential equations when I worked as a tutor for the University of Texas at San Antonio.
I have a BS double majoring in Mathematics and Physics.
I have completed a year and a half of course work in Quantum Mechanics, which relies heavily on linear algebra.
I tutored upper division mathematics at the University of Texas at San Antonio for three years, including linear algebra.
I have been practicing Wah Lum Kung Fu for 13 years.
I won two silver medals in the 2009 Legends of Kung Fu Chin Woo world championship.
I taught martial arts as an assistant instructor at The Little Praying Mantis School of Martial Arts.
I taught Qi Gong for one year at the Bulverde Senior Recreation center in Bulverde, Texas.
