For the past 15 years I have led Bible study courses, typically in a verse-by-verse format. I have taught the Pentatuch (first five books of Bible), the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John), Isaiah (all 66 chapters), Romans, Ephesians, the Timothy's, John (1st, 2nd, 3rd), Hebrews, and Revelation to name a few.
My classes from ranges from teens to adults. Usual attendance was 20 - 30 persons.
While the Bible was the primary text I also used other resources for reference from Bible.org.

Business

From 1971-1984, I was a business partner in a contracting company responsible for the P&L and balance sheet of a $3.5 million (annual gross sales).
We employed three union crafts and operated a fleet of vehicles covering a 100 mile area. My work included negotiating with Union Management, establishing price points for sales, managing sales force, designing and supervising installation of products. This included assuring customer satisfaction and collection of payment.
My experience began on the operations side of the company, moved to management, and then ownership as a partner.
While in operations, I oversaw day-to-day installations, in management I worked with guiding and assisting salesforce in profitable sales, and as owner I met regularly with my bank and insurance representatives to explain and review my 3 and 5 year plans. Their input and comments were very valuable. My business employed 35 individuals.

My doctorate is in Education specializing in Organizational Leadership. While in the corporate world, I led my organization in identifying potential leaders, conducting talent reviews, utilizing 9-block methodology to implement succession planning, and providing career coaching for more than 2000 sales/marketing professionals. While servicing as a career coach, I utilized assessments (DiSC, Myers-Briggs, etc.), needs analysis, established individual's development plans, working with individuals to locate resources for development, and followed through with management to measure changes and change management. My proficiency is Human Resources Development and I am very successful at impacting career development for individuals.

Understanding and Knowledgeable

I knew Bill was the right tutor for me when I read his initial contact email. In speaking with him, my choice was confirmed. His background is exactly what I need for my career development plan. After one talk I already feel ready to conquer my goals. He guided the conversation seeming to understand my set-backs and concerns and I was already feeling more confident that was on the right track.
