I received formal training from St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, FL, and have since built over 10 databases, including some using Microsoft Access’s new web-based app. Access is unique among MS Office products, as creating a functional database requires an understanding of how its components connect. My approach focuses on building this foundational knowledge, enabling both students and clients to confidently navigate Access and create tailored solutions. Whether you’re working on assignments, tackling business projects, or aiming to master Access for professional growth, I’m here to help you reach your goals.

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet software that helps users organize data. I am an intermediate to advanced user of Excel since I use it every day…all day. I can show you the basics along with useful tools that can improve your efficiency. If you are already a basic user we can move on to advanced features such as formulas, conditional formatting, and much more.

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is a great time management tool. I easily save 40% of my time by managing processes and organizing using this software. In addition to my experience as user, I also have formal training. I can help you learn more about the wonders and benefits of using Microsoft Outlook to its fullest potential. Some topics I cover in training are managing your inbox, using archives, and setting rules for automatic mail handling.

Phonics

I teach phonics to students in Kindergarten - 1st grade as well as helping students struggling with reading. I go over sounds and general rules with students to improve their ability to decode unfamiliar words and has a means to sound out words for writing assignments. This improves students' ability to both hear, and identify sounds and the connection between sounds, spelling and reading.
