As a teacher my goal is to empower my students to be able to retain and comprehend the material they are learning. I assist them by recommending study tips, giving short quizzes, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their performance and grades. I believe it must be a team effort on the part of the student and the teacher to ensure that all students find success. Furthermore, I am a fan of using small study groups to facilitate learning and critical thinking skills.
