University of Texas at San Antonio (mechanical engineeri)
I have a bachelor degree of science in mechanical engineering and my GPA is 3.78 out of 4 therefore, I am planning to pursue a Master degree in Fluid and Thermal system. I am a math tutor at Northwest Vista college. I really love math and engineering courses especially Thermodynamics, Mechanics of Fluid, Manufacturing engineering and others.
I have many reasons for loving what I do. Helping students achieve their potential, adapting to students’ individual needs, building lasting relationships based on shared goals—these are all good reasons to become a tutor. But I’ve recently become aware of another incredible quality of tutoring: it blends several compelling endeavors into something bigger and more rewarding.
I have an extensive knowledge of mathematics since I have taken multiple courses in algebra, geometry, calculus I&II and other areas of mathematics that are related to the mechanical engineering college level. I provide students with the knowledge and tools to solve problems and then encourage students to solve them on their own.
Hopefully, my math and other engineering skills will help me to provide you guys with an extensive knowledge and information about all what you need. I have BS in mechanical engineering major and minor in mathematics . I also tutor algebra I up to Cal II courses in Northwest Vista college.
I have taken Chemistry I&II for my associate degree of engineering. In addition, I have taken Thermodynamics I&II for my engineering major which are very related to chemistry field and how affect on engine function. I learned in Thermodynamics II about how to mix fuel with other component and balance equation to get desired result.
I have taken Linear Algebra as a prerequisite for minor in mathematics major for mechanical engineering degree plan. I also have taken engineering analysis I&II which are related to Linear Algebra deeply.
I'm a senior mechanical engineering and I have completed 115 credit hours already. My major GPA is 3.77 and I have A for most of my engineering courses such as Thermodynamics I&II, material engineering, Mechanics of Fluid, and others. I'm also a math tutor at Northwest Vista college, I have enough background education and experience to give mechanical engineering tutoring.
