Knows his subject matter! Very prepared, and my 16 year old son enjoyed working with Will, so much that he asked for extra time! If you are looking for a great tutor he would be the one to hire!
He was very helpful in aiding with an upcoming test. He went through each part throughly and gave some good advice on how to structure my essay and speaking test. He also was very congenial and was patient even through any mistakes, no matter how small.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
