Kimberly was excellent in assisting my wife with the TOEFL. She arrived the first day with a lesson plan, prep material, and reference material. She assigned homework after giving an evaluation.
Kimberly has been amazing! From our 1st visit and assessment of my daughter I knew we were going to make progress on helping Caroline overcome her dyslexia. Kimberly framed her 1st lesson to match Caroline's spelling words showing her how to break them into syllables and then how to recognize short and long vowel sounds!! Then she even left the tools and word sorts for me to do mini practice lessons with Caroline to build in the daily practice!!! Excellent and Excellent!!!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
