I trained them on the Toshiba 80FR Blood Analyzer operation, writing protocols, and using Excel spreadsheets for project results data reduction, and Lab Red Booking requirements. I received a Dallas Site Achievement Award for voluntary participation on improvement team for pioneering Upward Feedback Survey Process in Operations environment.

I was promoted to Lead System lntegration Specialist lll by my manager due to exceptionally and consistently demonstrating leadership capabilities and responsibilities in the group.
I received a B.S. degree in both Chemistry and Biology (was a Pre-Med student) as a cum laude graduate. I retired after 32 years as an Abbott Laboratories Scientist, in Irving, TX.
