Teaching has always been my passion. My beloved mother was a Mathematics Teacher herself. On many occasions I had an opportunity to "fill-in" for her, and I used to seize it with both hands. I felt enormous pleasure and satisfaction when someone else was able to understand a topic which previously was not clear. It was from earlier days in my school life that I developed a liking for teaching. I went on to pursue a double master's in Mathematics and Physics. I have been teaching for seven years now, and still feel like there is so much to learn, so many techniques which can be used to convey the material.
My initial teaching was based on middle school mathematics, and over the period of time, I moved to higher level mathematics and physics. This gave me an opportunity to understand how a varied range of students at different age levels think. This made me a patient teacher, and I try to reach out to your level of explaining to make you understand the underlying concepts. I try to combine theory and applications, so that you understand why a certain topic is learnt. Lessons are taught to the point, and kept simple. In addition, I have realized the importance of roping in the parents too. This not only keeps them informed, but also sends a message to the student, that we mean all sincere efforts to make sure that the child is on the right path of progress.
